Pragati Glass Gulf LLC facility has installed a state of an art plant, with the latest technology all computerized to manufacture a world class product.

We have installed 6 manufacturing lines, which are:

	8 Section Press and Blow: Makes about 2 million wide mouth Jars per month
	6 Section Double Gob: Makes narrow mouth bottles, about 3.5 million bottles per month
	6 Section Triple Gob: Makes small 10-30 ml Bottles for essence etc., about 7.5 million bottles a month.
	8 Section Double Gob: Makes up to 300 grams, 4.5 million bottles per month
	6 Section Single Gob: Makes bottles up to 1-1.5 liter, About 1.5 million per month
	Double Gob Press machine to make tableware, 1.8 million per month.

All these machines are supported with the latest technology, some of which are:

	Automatic batch house: This helps us to feed the exact raw material required to produce a clear glass product.
	Automatic inspection line
	Palletizing Unit
