Manufacturing facilities

Pragati Glass Gulf is equipped with a state of an art plant, with the latest technology all computerized to manufacture a world class product.

We have installed 6 manufacturing lines, which are:

	8 Section Single Gob: Makes about 2 million wide mouth Jars and bottles per month
	6 Section Double Gob: Makes narrow mouth bottles, about 3.5 million bottles per month
	6 Section Double Gob: Makes small 10-30 ml Bottles for essence etc., about 7.5 million bottles a month.
	8 Section Double Gob: Makes up to 300 grams, 4.5 million bottles per month
	6 Section Single Gob: Makes bottles up to 1-1.5 liter, About 1.5 million per month
	Double Gob Press machine to make tableware, 1.8 million per month.

All these machines are supported with the latest technology, some of which are:

	Automatic batch house: This helps us to feed the exact raw material required to produce a clear glass product.
	Automatic inspection line
	Palletizing Unit

With this sophisticated and integrated unit, it helps us to cater to all the needs of our customers be it as big as possible, with competitive price and a world class service.

We have an in house printing and coating facility for perfume bottles. We can print 30,000 bottles/day. We are also decorating bottles for the premium liquor bottles.
