Manufacturing facilities

Started operations in Mid 2010, PG Glass is a new definition of a state of the art plant. Equipped with the most sophisticated and latest automated equipments. It is dedicated to serving the table ware and the perfume industry in India. Capacity of 80 Tonnes/day this plant has 7 production lines, with a mixture of Press machines, IS machines and G.E Machines.

	4 Nos of press machines with a configuration of single punch, double punch, 12 sections to 32 sections also open and closed moulds.
	2 Nos of IS machines with the configuration of Single and Double gob.
	G.E Machines: We are equipped with one G.E machines of 8 sections.

With this configuration we can manufacture any type of glass container dedicated to table ware and perfumes and cosmetics segment.
